Cut down things straight
I can say that my work’s history, and my consulting method, are within this phrase.
There is rigour in my methodology, but never rigidity. My approach is extremely concrete and focalised.
I understand entrepreneurs’ needs because I have been the solution to their issues for over 30 years, while also being able to listen and imagine them in their transformation.
I’ve learnt the ropes as a process engineer at Electrolux, experiencing first-hand each department’s impact on production; thereafter I have grown into managerial roles, firstly with Electrolux and then with Fiat.
For me each company is unique, however, processes, risks and opportunities need to be analysed deeply, especially those coming from purchasing, to work better and increase profit.
I know where the matter is: knowing first-hand the company’s internal dynamics, I can give practical substance to a contract, or an agreement or find solutions to my client’s problems; by carrying out preliminary assessments that allow me to best understand each organisation’s specific processes and procedures.
Listening and involving the client allow me to treasure and valorise the existing company’s know-how, looking together at the future.
A straight job, well done,
it makes companies bigger and capable of the future.
