Case A: how to translate a client’s requests in a contract into requirements for your company

Companies are often offered, by structured clients, standard contracts that are not designed for SMEs. It is risky.

My experience developed in the automotive sector and multinationals allows me to aid the companies I collaborate with in analysing their client’s implicit and explicit requests: why has it been requested to work in a certain way? what are the logistics, quality and service necessities? How can I deliver on these requirements and how can I translate these into a contract that satisfies the client whilst being applicable to my company? From what should I protect myself? What are my risks? Furthermore: which of the clients’ requests are indispensable for your quality system?

In certain cases the analysis has led to rejecting a contract to their customer, because too risky for the company, in others it has provided solid foundations for a long-term relationship, making  their customer appreciate the analytical capabilities and reliable organisational structure.

Case B: risk analysis: not only a compliance necessity but also a source of savings.

risk analysis is a mandatory requirement for companies even for established suppliers. recently, an analysis of a company in the electronics sector highlighted how an established had changed its company’s situation to the extent that it was inadequate for new business as well as being incredibly dangerous for the projects it was already involved in.

The same procedure quickly identified a new supplier for the fullfilment of the particular mechanical and designing tasks needed by the company. Results: ensuring the project with a structured and certified partner, whilst reducing the costs by two digits.

Case C: supporting companies with a high turnover

COVID19 has led to a shift in paradigm in workers’s choices, and companies have had to face a high employee turnover. In these cases relying on a network of tutors, like BTAS, provides my clients’s companies to achieve the most.

I take care of extremely focused selection. Together with HR have selected the right resources for production, purchases, project management and quality; this has been possible thanks to my skills, since I have covered those roles directly or I have managed them in my client’s companies.

Quick introduction of resources: I create trail-blazing training rooms. My technical skills and video/virtual technologies allow for the creation of spaces where resources are trained quickly and efficiently. new employees have a quick and efficient onboarding, supported by my and my partners’s tools.

Improve retention: studying and creating efficient and modern tools, where technical, strategic communication and HR skills are cognate to create solutions outside the box, that last and make endure.

Let’s keep in touch!

I create improvement in terms of profit and savings.
And I show how to keep achieving it.
